Efiox s. r. o. respects the privacy of visitors to its website and takes the protection of their personal data seriously.
This document explains what personal data we process, why we use it, who may receive it and what rights you have in connection with its processing.

2. Personal data we process
Through this website we may process:
- your name,
- email address,
- the content of your message or description submitted through the contact form,
- website usage data obtained through Google Analytics where you have consented to analytics cookies.
Please do not submit special categories of personal data, such as health information, national identification numbers, identity document numbers or other sensitive information, unless strictly necessary.
3. Contact form
Purpose
We process data submitted through the contact form to answer enquiries, communicate with prospective clients, assess a described requirement, prepare a quotation and take steps prior to entering into a contract.
Legal basis
Where you request a quotation or service, processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For general enquiries, processing is based on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in communicating with website visitors and developing business relationships.
We do not require separate consent to process an ordinary enquiry or request for a quotation.
Retention
Contact form data is retained for no longer than 12 months after the enquiry has been resolved or communication has ended. If a contract is concluded, necessary data may be retained for contractual, accounting, statutory or legal-claims purposes.
Providing data
Providing your name, email and message is voluntary. Without the necessary contact details, however, we may be unable to respond.
4. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by:

Google Analytics provides statistical information about website traffic and usage. Depending on its configuration, it may process an identifier stored in an analytics cookie, session information, pages visited, approximate visit duration and location, device and browser details, traffic source and interactions with website content.
Google Analytics is activated only after you consent to analytics cookies. The legal basis is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.
User-level and event-level data is retained in Google Analytics for 14 months. Analytics cookies may be stored for up to two years. We do not use Google Analytics for personalised advertising or remarketing.
4a. Google reCAPTCHA form protection
We protect the contact form using Google reCAPTCHA provided by Google Ireland Limited. It helps distinguish genuine visitors from automated submissions and protects the website from spam and abuse.
reCAPTCHA may process technical information about your device, browser, IP address and interaction with the security element. Processing is based on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in securing the website and contact form.

5. Recipients
Personal data may be accessed, where necessary, by authorised persons of the controller, hosting and email providers, website maintenance providers, Google Ireland Limited in connection with Google Analytics and reCAPTCHA, and public authorities where required by law or a binding decision.
We do not sell personal data or provide it to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
When Google services are used, data may in certain cases be processed by Google group companies or suppliers outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers take place only under Chapter V GDPR, including an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another valid safeguard.
7. Data security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. Access is limited to persons who need the data to perform their duties.
8. Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you have the right to request confirmation of processing and access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
You may exercise your rights at info@efiox.sk. We respond without undue delay, generally within one month. Where reasonably necessary, we may request additional information to verify your identity.

10. Automated decision-making
We do not carry out automated individual decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

We may update this policy when our tools, processing activities or applicable law change. The current version and its effective date will always be published on this website.
